JasonEvans.

Jason Evans brings RecursiveSignal the kind of production experience that cannot be faked: over two decades of building, leading, and delivering high-stakes media from the field, the edit room, the client table, and locations around the world.
As the founder and owner of SilverShark Media, Jason has led a global adventure-travel and media production company from Maui, Hawaii, since 2007. His work spans national television, educational programming, environmental storytelling, commercial campaigns, nonprofit media, tourism content, and original digital series. He has produced in more than 35 countries across six continents, building a career around complex stories, remote production, fast-moving teams, and footage that works the first time.
Jason's broadcast credits include producing 6 seasons of Xploration Awesome Planet, the nationally syndicated FOX educational earth science series hosted by Philippe Cousteau and created by Steve Rotfeld Productions. The series earned multiple Daytime Emmy nominations, including recognition for Outstanding Educational/Informational Series and Outstanding Daytime Emmy programming. He also produced Awesome Adventures, another syndicated educational travel program, which received a Daytime Emmy nomination and won a Golden Pen Award in Croatia for outstanding destination storytelling.
His production range extends well beyond travel. Jason has produced environmental and educational series for EarthEcho International, including PlasticSeas and Water By Design, both sponsored by Northrop Grumman. He has also produced national video marketing and brand content for organizations including Xylem, United Technologies, Otis Elevators, Johnson & Johnson, Pratt & Whitney, Carrier, Fairmont Hotels, Ritz-Carlton, and 1 Hotels.
His earlier credits include work on nationally recognized television programs such as Trading Spaces, Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, & The Haney Project. His work has appeared across major broadcast, cable, and streaming platforms, including Discovery, CNN, HGTV, NBC, National Geographic, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.
Jason is a member of The Explorers Club & the Association of Science Communicators. He is a veteran producer, field operator, and story architect with over 20 years of experience crafting messy, real-world conditions into investment-worthy productions that viewers want to experience. His work spans startups to Fortune 500 companies, television to podcasts, and genres including science, travel, brand promotion, cybersecurity, and pure storytelling. He brings real clarity, leadership, instinct, and tradecraft to balance and inform Recursive Signal's artificial intelligence foundation.
